NSA Announces Fresh Registration for 2025/26 National Service Following Audit
The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced a new registration exercise for the 2025/26 service year, set to open on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, and close on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. This follows the cancellation of all earlier registrations conducted in June 2025.
The NSA assured prospective personnel that all payments made during the June exercise will be refunded. In a statement issued on October 7, 2025, the Authority explained that the decision came after a directive from the President, which led to a Technical and Forensic Audit of the previous Central Service Management Platform (CSMP). The audit revealed flaws in the old system, prompting the creation of a more secure and transparent digital platform to handle registrations.
The NSA emphasized that all June 2025 registrations are null and void, urging all prospective personnel to re-register through the new platform at www.gnsa.gov.gh starting Tuesday, October 7, 2025. The Authority also announced new IT reforms and stronger internal controls to combat payroll fraud and improve allowance payments, in collaboration with the Controller and Accountant General’s Department.
All national service personnel are to report to their assigned stations on Saturday, November 1, 2025, with the official service year beginning on Monday, November 3, 2025.
