A young teacher identified as Prince Nkrumah, from Assin Fosu in the Central Region, has tragically died by suicide after reportedly ingesting weedicide.

According to initial reports, the heartbreaking incident occurred following a relationship dispute between Prince and a nurse he had supported financially throughout her training.

Prince is said to have invested heavily in her education, but after completing school, the nurse allegedly informed him that she was no longer interested in continuing the relationship. Attempts by Prince to reach her were reportedly ignored, leaving him distressed.

Before his passing, Prince left behind a suicide note urging his family not to worry about him, stressing that his decision to end his life was personal and not the fault of anyone.
