Evans Eshun, popularly known as Ebo Noah, has been remanded into police custody for an additional two weeks, following his appearance in court today.

The court ruled that he will remain in custody until January 16, 2025, as proceedings in the case continue. The decision was delivered during the latest hearing, which focused on procedural matters relating to the ongoing investigation.

In addition, Her Ladyship ordered that Evans Eshun be sent to the Pantang Psychiatric Hospital for a comprehensive psychiatric assessment before the next adjourned date.

The assessment is expected to assist the court in determining his mental state as the case progresses. Further updates are anticipated when the matter returns to court.
