Sarkodie Reveals the Strangest Performance of His Career
Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie.

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has shared an unusual experience from his career, describing what he considers his worst stage performance. The incident happened in the United States when he and his manager, Angel Town, unknowingly ate biscuits that had been infused with cannabis.

The snacks were part of a hamper given to them, and neither realized what they contained until the effects began to set in. According to Sarkodie, the impact was immediate and disorienting. His manager started laughing uncontrollably at ordinary conversations, while Sarkodie himself felt detached from the stage.

He explained that the distance between him and the audience seemed exaggerated, and even his energetic hit song U Go Kill Me felt unusually slow, making it difficult for him to perform with his usual rhythm and confidence.

Despite his personal struggle, the audience had a completely different perception of the show. Fans praised the performance, telling Sarkodie it was one of his best.

The contrast between his inner turmoil and the crowd’s enjoyment highlights how performers’ experiences on stage can differ greatly from what audiences see, turning a challenging moment into a memorable highlight of his career.
