Palm Wine Tapper Arrested for Burning Girlfriend’s Family House, Killing Three in Bibiani
A 23-year-old palm wine tapper, Numatekpor Kwaku, popularly known as “On God,” has been arrested at Bibiani Subrinkwanta in the Western North Region for allegedly setting his girlfriend’s family house on fire, resulting in the deaths of three people.

According to reports, the victims include his 19-year-old girlfriend, Benedicta Kudjo Felicia, a student of Queen Senior High School, her 61-year-old mother, Maame Mary Oppong, and 22-year-old Dora Adoma Kudjo. The tragic incident has left the local community in shock and mourning.
Sources say the family had repeatedly warned the suspect to stay away from Felicia because she was still a student and they did not approve of the relationship. The suspect allegedly threatened to burn down the house if the family refused to allow him to marry her. Authorities believe he later carried out the threat, leading to the devastating fire.
