AZ Alkmaar Goalkeeper Jayden Owusu-Oduro Expresses Desire to Play for Ghana

AZ Alkmaar’s first-choice goalkeeper, Jayden Owusu-Oduro, has revealed his admiration for Ghana’s football heritage and his dream of donning the national colors someday.

“Ghana is a great football nation, and I would love to represent them one day,” Owusu-Oduro said, expressing his connection to the Black Stars.

The young shot-stopper also shared his childhood inspirations, naming Ghanaian legends Asamoah Gyan and the Ayew brothers as players he grew up admiring.

“I always liked the Ayew brothers and Asamoah Gyan. I watched them with my dad,” he added.

With his rapid rise in European football, Ghanaian fans will be hoping the talented goalkeeper commits his international future to the Black Stars soon.
