Ghana to Launch Digital Job Platform Linking Job Seekers to Vacancies in 2026

Ghana plans to launch a national digital platform in 2026. This platform will connect job seekers with job opportunities in both public and private sectors.

The system will serve as a central hub where employers can post vacancies while job seekers search, apply, and match their skills to suitable roles. By bringing job listings into one accessible online space, the initiative is expected to simplify the job-hunting process and expand access to opportunities across all regions of the country.

The platform also forms part of the government’s broader digital transformation agenda to improve transparency and efficiency in recruitment. Beyond job matching, it is expected to provide useful labour market data, helping policymakers, employers, and training institutions better understand in-demand skills.

If effectively implemented, the initiative could help reduce unemployment, address skills gaps, and promote fairer access to jobs nationwide while supporting economic growth.
