"I Will Not Accept a Student with Aggregate 37 Entering a Category A School" - Haruna Iddrisu

The Minister for Education, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, has raised concerns over placement standards in senior high schools. Speaking on the issue, he stressed that merit must guide admissions into top schools.

“For instance, I will not accept a student with aggregate thirty-seven (37) being placed in a Category A school. What justification will you have for that?” he questioned, highlighting the need for fairness and credibility in the school placement system.
