In the address, Wentworth reportedly thanked members of the company's leadership and employees for remaining calm despite the platform's current challenges. He described the disruption as part of an ongoing "withdrawal system test" rather than a permanent shutdown.

According to the circulated remarks, he expressed disappointment over what he described as panic and speculation among staff, saying misinformation had contributed to fear among investors.

"Let me make this perfectly clear to every one of you. The only reason we are rolling out this new update in the withdrawal scheme is to protect your investment, upgrade your withdrawal privileges and ensure everyone benefits from the company's salaries and welfare packages," he is heard saying in the video.

Wentworth also claimed he had spent recent months in Ghana holding discussions with traditional banks and third-party financial service providers as part of efforts to strengthen the platform's payment infrastructure.

He further stated that once the withdrawal system upgrade is completed, the CWPC platform is expected to return online on Monday, after which investors would allegedly be able to access their earnings.

In addition, he claimed senior company officials would soon travel to Accra to begin work on establishing an official CWPC office in Ghana, with team leaders and top-performing members expected to be invited to the event.
